Farmer (AGRAR eG Münchenbernsdorf)

Agrargenossenschaft eG Münchenbernsdorf is an agricultural business with arable farming, dairy production and cattle breeding.
The constantly increasing demands on us farmers require well-trained and motivated employees!

That is why we would like to train farmers (m|w|d) again for the 2026 training year and are looking for motivated applicants.

The practical training in Münchenbernsdorf focuses on the following:

- Operating the machines for soil cultivation, sowing, fertilising and harvesting
- Quality standards and controls
- Carrying out soil tests, determining the nutrient content of the soil

The academic part of the training takes place at the Staatlich Berufsbildende Schule in Schwerstedt near Weimar.

Good academic performance is just as important for the profession of farmer as motivation, reliability and a love of nature, animals and work.

Before starting the apprenticeship, you should convince yourself of this profession during an internship.
