The AMMANN tree nursery in Steißlingen was founded in 1921 by Albert Ammann. For over 100 years, we have continuously developed into a company with a good reputation for quality, variety and careful advice. We produce a wide range of products on 40 hectares using the latest, modern and environmentally conscious production methods. 25.our sales garden of more than 000 square metres invites you to look around, stroll and linger - our competent sales team will be happy to advise you on all questions relating to 'greenery'.
Thanks to our close cooperation with the family-run nurseries Huben in Ladenburg and Gissinger in Alsace, you can benefit from our respective areas of expertise - be it avenue trees, fruit trees, English roses, hydrangeas or topiaries.
We are a BdB nursery in the Lake Constance region. Our customers are gardening and landscaping companies, resellers and local authorities, but we also have a large private sales network with a catchment area from the Allgäu to the Upper Rhine, from Stuttgart to the Zurich area.

We are looking

For 01.09.2026 we are offering 1 apprenticeship as a gardener (f/m/d) full-time in the nursery.

Tasks

You will work in a team in the production and cultivation of woody plants and the associated activities:

- Soil cultivation
- Fertilisation
- Plant protection
- Pruning and care measures
- Planting and clearing work, partly with special machines
- Sales
- Customer care and sales talks are also part of your area of responsibility.

Training period: 3 years, weekly working hours 39.5 hours from 7.30 am - 5 pm
