Dairy laboratory technician (Bayernland eG)
Offer description
The apprenticeship lasts 3 years. Depending on previous education and performance, the duration of training can be shortened.
The training focuses on:
- Chemical, physical and microbiological testing of milk/dairy products
- Checking water, additives and packaging
- Working on and with laboratory equipment
- Taking and analysing samples
- Quality assurance, hygiene and occupational health and safety regulations
- Evaluations and documentation on a PC
We expect applicants to be:
- At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
- Enjoy precise and concentrated work
- Interest in technical, biological and chemical-physical processes
- Confident handling of figures and understanding of measurement results
- Precise powers of observation and sensory sensitivity
- Strong awareness of hygiene, diligence, reliability
- Ability to work in a team
We offer varied training by experienced trainers with good prospects for a professional career as well as our own work clothes including a cleaning service. Cleaning service.
Prospects and further training: Dairy laboratory master, dairy master, dairy technician, food technician, university studies (food science).
Start of training: 01/09/2026
Vocational school: in Triesdorf/Weidenbach (block school lessons)
Apprenticeship pay (from November 2024):
1st year of training 1.369.00 €
2nd year of training 1,508.00 €
3rd year of training 1,675.00 €
