to join its Plant Production, Plant Protection, Environment department on 1 August 2027.
The Chamber of Agriculture is a public corporation that sees itself as an independent service provider for agriculture, forestry, horticulture, fisheries and rural areas in Schleswig-Holstein. It offers its expertise to associations and organisations in the agricultural sector for the benefit of their members and to political institutions as a basis for decision-making and development processes.
Consumer protection, environmental protection and product quality of agricultural produce are of particular concern to the Chamber. Its strength is its broad expertise. This knowledge forms the foundation for the development of holistic, effective and sustainable solutions.
The work of the Plant Cultivation, Plant Protection, Environment department centres on the conception and further development of sustainable cultivation and management systems for plant production, including organic farming. The basis for this is a representative, innovative and powerful testing system for Schleswig-Holstein.
For those who want to learn a future-oriented green profession and have an interest in precise work on test fields, but also in the office, the profession of plant technologist is just right. Applicants should have a particular interest in training in an experimental farm.

- Good first general school-leaving certificate (ESA)
