Description

From yoghurt to butter and cheese to milk powder: dairy technologists produce a variety of different dairy products. They work in cheese dairies and dairies as well as in dairy training and research centres, and at Holtseer Landkäserei you will learn everything from preparing the milk for cheesemaking, making and scooping the cheese, to cheese care in the ripening cellar and packaging for our customers. You will learn about the production processes for all other dairy products at vocational school and on excursions to other dairies.

We are looking for a trainee for 01.08.2026 for a trainee dairy technologist (m/f/d)

What you need to bring

- At least a good secondary school leaving certificate

Further information

- Vocational school:
Block instruction at the Malente Dairy Training and Research Centre
- Minimum age:
16 years at the start of training
- You are interested in technical systems, machines and equipment.
- You have a passion for food and its production.
- You are interested in nutrition and health issues as well as biological and chemical processes.
