YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE WHOLE

- Gradually taking over housekeeping activities in the living areas
- Assisting our residents with meals
- Cleaning and maintaining the rooms and textiles
- Designing the living environment of our residents
- Calculating, creating and marketing housekeeping products and services
- Planning, Planning, implementation and evaluation of housekeeping work processes

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate
- Good knowledge of German (at least B2 level)
- Sensitivity and commitment to the needs of our residents
- Very good communication skills combined with a good feel for the individual and social needs of older people
- Enjoy learning new things and developing your skills, learning new things and developing yourself further
- Affirmation of the Christian diaconal mission and helping to shape our diaconal work
