Tasks and activities:

Specialist agricultural service technicians provide agricultural services in the technical field of plant production. They work the soil with ploughs and harrows and sow and plant cereals, pulses or potatoes. They sow the seeds with seed drills. They use organic and chemical fertilisers and pesticides to help the plants thrive.

The harvest is also usually brought in using fully automated machines, e.g. combine harvesters or potato harvesters. Agricultural service specialists not only operate and guide agricultural machinery, but also maintain and service it. After the harvest, they store and preserve the plant products. They also advise customers and market agricultural services.

Important requirements:

- You are at least 18 years old

- You already have a tractor driving licence
