to train as a dairy technologist (m/f/d)

As a dairy technologist, you will control and monitor the various production lines and work closely with the laboratory and maintenance department. It is thanks to you that dairy products are processed responsibly in cheese dairies and turned into delicious cheese products. During the 3-year training programme, you will learn various product-specific process techniques. In many cases, you will also learn about, control and monitor biochemical and microbiological processes.
Your tasks:
- Checking incoming goods of raw materials, auxiliary materials and additives
- Accompanying the various process steps from the raw material to the pallet ready for dispatch
- Producing a wide variety of products according to recipe using state-of-the-art equipment
- Knowledge of quality management, hygiene regulations, Food law and environmental protection
- Setting up, converting and operating machines
- Cleaning, maintaining and servicing equipment, machines and systems
- Operating process control technology and monitoring production processes
- Using quality assurance systems
Your profile:
- Completed school education
- A desire to learn something new every day
- Enjoy working in a team
- A sense of responsibility, e.g. in complying with food law

- Diligence, e.g. when adhering to recipes
- Technical understanding, e.g. when maintaining machines and systems

- Working hours: 40 hours/week
- Protective clothing is worn during the work
- Vocational school: The vocational school takes place in block lessons in Oldenburg (accommodation and meals are covered)

3rd training year € 1,477.00
