Franz Darger Garten- und Landschaftsbau has been a family business for over 60 years with a lot of experience and good employees.

We are looking for trainees for the 2026 training year as gardeners - gardening and landscaping (m/f/d)

Gardeners specialising in gardening and landscaping design the environment according to the plans of landscape architects: They build, maintain, renovate and plant outdoor facilities, especially green spaces of all kinds.

With us, you will learn:

- Practical work (under supervision): Prepare and set up construction sites, create green spaces, install playground equipment, set up fences,
build ponds, pave paths, maintain plant stock, carry out irrigation and drainage measures

Requirements:

- You like to work outdoors
- You are skilful (e.g. in planting perennials, shrubs, flowers, plants, etc.). planting perennials, shrubs, flowers and trees)
- You have a sense of responsibility and care (e.g. when using pesticides and fertilisers, when securing
construction sites)
- You are prudent and have good eye-hand coordination (e.g. when driving machines and vehicles)
- You are customer-friendly
- You are flexible (e.g. Work on changing construction sites, changing work tasks)
