The forest tree nurseries Fürst Pückler Zeischa GmbH & Co. KG Niederlausitz is offering an apprenticeship position for 2026 with the training objective
Gardener / Nurseryman (m/f/d).

During the 3-year apprenticeship you will learn how to grow young plants, the species-appropriate and professional propagation of woody plants, their environmentally friendly cultivation until they are ready for sale and subsequent marketing.

The following requirements are placed on you:

- Secondary school certificate with at least grade 3 in the subjects biology, chemistry, maths and WAT
- Interest in the training occupation
- Willingness to learn and a reliable and careful way of working
- Applicants (m/f/d) from the surrounding area are welcome.

The theoretical training takes place in Groß Kreutz. Accommodation is available at the vocational school location.
The practical training will take place in the company.
Accommodation at the company headquarters can unfortunately not be provided. However, there is the possibility that the employer will help you find suitable accommodation.

The employer offers you the opportunity to get to know the profession better in an internship.
