We are looking for a trainee gardener and landscaper to start on 1 August 2026 at our company headquarters in Vastorf.

We are looking for a committed person who has a passion for the green industry and would like to do an apprenticeship in horticulture. At Gollo Gartenbau, you can expect practice-oriented, qualified training as a gardener specialising in horticulture and landscaping. During the three-year training programme, you will work in various different columns and get to know the workflows and processes in our company. Your tasks will include the creation and redesign of private gardens, including paving and earthworks as well as the construction of high-quality natural stone walls. The planning and creation of lawns, planting, pruning, garden maintenance, tree felling and the construction of privacy screens and fences are also part of our range of services. Another advantage for our trainees is a varied working day.

Prerequisites:
-        Secondary school leaving certificate
-        Good knowledge of German
-        Enjoy dealing with customers
-        Enjoy working in a team
-        Good maths skills
-        Strong communication skills
-         Open-mindedness and commitment
