We think about the future

In order to secure our profession in the coming decades, we are very keen to promote young talent. We offer apprenticeships in every year of training. There is also the option of shortened training for high school graduates. During their training, the young people are taught all the important content on the construction sites and in separate in-house training courses.

The colleagues on the construction sites encourage and challenge the trainees so that they can quickly carry out work independently.

The profession of landscape gardener (m/f/d) is diverse. Different materials are processed with many different machines to create a pleasant outdoor environment for people. The apprenticeship includes all the key content from the planning to the completion of gardens and outdoor facilities.

What is included in the apprenticeship?

During the three-year apprenticeship as a landscape gardener (m/f/d), the content is taught at various levels. On the one hand, in the company, which endeavours to teach horticultural practice comprehensively. Theory is taught at the vocational college, which is also important for everyday working life. This is crucial in order to better understand things from practice and make connections. There are also inter-company training modules with content that cannot necessarily be taught in the company, for example working with a chainsaw.
