Gardener - Nursery (Harald Bosman Nurseries)

We are looking for two trainees (m/f/d) to train as gardeners (m/f/d) - tree nursery (production) for the 2026 training year.

Tree nursery gardeners propagate and cultivate roses, shrubs, ground cover and woody plants. They care for, uproot, sort, label and store them. In addition to manual labour, modern machines are used for heavier work.
We produce on over 35 hectares both for the wholesale trade and for private customers.

The nationally regulated training lasts 3 years and takes place at our company headquarters in Wermelskirchen.
The vocational school is in Cologne.

The applicant (m/f/d) should have:

- Enjoy working with plants
- Enjoy physical work
- An understanding of biology and a love of nature
- An interest in modern technology, craftsmanship and business processes
- The ability to work in a team, responsibly and independently complement our expectations
- A good command of written and spoken German (due to school attendance and record keeping).
