Specialist - Agricultural service (Harm-Dirk Gieschen)

We, the Gieschen family and our employees, are the 13th generation to run the farm. The "agricultural contracting company" has been in existence since 1 July 1997. We employ 21 permanent staff and 6-8 trainees.
During the season we also employ a few temporary workers to support us during peak periods.

The main focus of our business is agricultural contracting. We also cultivate our own land with grain, maize, potatoes and seed potato propagation. We use a considerable area for hay production. We also carry out municipal activities such as winter services, maintenance of green spaces and earthworks.

Last year, we rounded off our range of services with "arable farming consultancy". We also trade in silage film, straw, hay and pesticides.

A T driving licence must be available at the start of training. We expect a short internship in advance.

If applicants are travelling from further afield, they are expected to move into a room nearby.
