We are a family-run agricultural business. Before there were only horses on the farm, there were also cows, pigs and chickens. As a result, there is still the "pigsty" and the "henhouse", which are now home to horses.

Heiner Sudowe is a master of equine management and very successfully trains horse managers in the specialisms of breeding, husbandry and service and classical riding training. In the last 15 years, over 80% of the trainees have passed their exams with honours. We have also honoured the best trainees of the year three times.

We are well organised. Our trainees have a varied training programme, regular work and leisure time and put their heart and soul into looking after the welfare of our two- and four-legged friends.

We offer training in the specialisms "Classical Riding Training", "Stabling & Service" and "Breeding".

We are looking for a reliable and motivated trainee to become a Pferdewirt (m/f/d) 'Haltung & Service' or 'Zucht' for our company with horse breeding and riding operations.

We offer you sound training in an attractive environment and a friendly team.
We are well organised and ensure that you learn a lot and have regular free time. In return, we expect you to be constructive, think for yourself, be independent, prudent and have a great love of animals.

We are a service company and expect you to be motivated, able to work under pressure, have good manners and be willing to make a physical effort. We expect you to enjoy your work and have experience working with horses.
You should be conscientious and reliable.
