We are offering an apprenticeship as

=>Gardener (m/f/d) - Ornamental Plant Production

from 01/09/2027.

Tasks and activities:
Gardeners specialising in ornamental plant production propagate and cultivate cut flowers, bedding, potted, balcony and green plants in greenhouses and also outdoors in summer.

They water, fertilise and prune the plants and use targeted cultivation measures to ensure that the plants are the right size, bloom on time and are ready for sale. They use systems with computer-controlled irrigation and fertilisation, ventilation, lighting and shading. If they sell plants directly to end consumers, they also advise them on the appropriate selection and care of plants for their location.

Prerequisites for this position:
-> Successful completion of secondary school
-> Ability to work in a team
-> Reliability
