Training content:

Buying, storing, planning, calculating, checking and organising: As a housekeeper, you have a variety of tasks related to the care of our residents and employees.

With good catering, clean rooms and fresh laundry, you ensure that the people at Karlshöhe feel comfortable, safe and secure.

Your tasks:

- You will plan and organise the large household at Karlshöhe.
- You will buy food and drinks and ensure that they are properly
- You will provide healthy food and prepare meals.
- You will be responsible for the cleaning, care and design of the living and functional areas.
- You will also take care of catering for events and setting tables as well as serving food and drinks professionally.
- You will manage the processes in the home and pay attention to quality, costs and sustainability.
- You will guide people with support needs and show them how to take care of themselves and live independently.

What you should bring with you:

- A secondary school leaving certificate or higher
- You should enjoy working with people and be able to respond to the special needs of people with support requirements.

Duration and programme:

The apprenticeship lasts 3 years. It is divided into theoretical and practical sections.

Pay:

- €1,368.26 in the first year of training
- €1,418.20 in the second year of training
- €1,464.02 in the third year of training
