- Driving licence class B an advantage, not a requirement
- Secondary school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification

What you will learn with us...

- Expertise in all aspects of plants (propagating, planting and caring for them)
- Handling machines and technology, e.g.B. Acquiring a forklift licence
- Loading and picking plants

This is the training process...

- Duration of training 3 years, starting on 01.09.2026
- Shortening to 2.5 or 2 years possible with Abitur or special achievements at vocational school
- Dual training in company and vocational school
- Vocational school twice a week in Elmshorn
- In-house exchange with the branch location in Bad Zwischenahn
- Apprenticeship pay: 1.Year 920.00€, 2nd year 1,020.00€, 3rd year 1,240.00€
- Performance bonus possible with a good average grade
- Good chances of being taken on after completing the apprenticeship
