What to expect

Milk. What is it actually? What's in it? What can you make from it and how is it processed? You will learn all this during your apprenticeship with us. We are the experts for the all-rounder milk - and after your apprenticeship, you will be too! In addition to your in-company training with us in Altusried/Allgäu, you will attend the vocational school in Kempten/Allgäu in block lessons.

- Recording and assessing raw milk and its properties
- Learning about product-specific recipes and standards
- Operating, maintaining and servicing our technical production facilities and machines
- Packing, filling and storing the finished products professionally
- Continuous quality control to ensure the flawless manufacture of the products

- Good qualifying secondary school leaving certificate, intermediate school leaving certificate or secondary school leaving certificate
- Good grades in maths, chemistry, biology and physics
- Technical skills
- Strong awareness of hygiene
