Farmer (Nachtwey GbR L+F)

Do you want to work with animal motivation, love technology and at the same time want to take responsibility for nature and food? Then you've come to the right place.

As an agricultural business with arable farming and dairy cow husbandry, we are looking for an

apprentice (m/f/d) for the profession of farmer from 1 August 2026.

What you can expect

- Versatile training on the farm with arable farming and dairy cattle husbandry
- Practical experience: field work, cultivation of arable land, feeding and holistic animal care
- Insight into milking processes, milk hygiene, barn technology, feeding, animal health and farm organisation
- Teamwork, independent work

What we want from you:

- Possession of a tractor driving licence
- Completed BGJ
- Motivation, enthusiasm for animals and interest in technology
- Willingness to learn, reliability and enjoyment of practical work
- Team player with own drive and sense of responsibility

The vocational school takes place once a week in Northeim. In addition, inter-company training courses are offered in Hildesheim and in Echem.
