Our grown, spacious retirement village with an extraordinary ambience around the 925-year-old castle complex near Künzelsau offers a place where seniors can enjoy their retirement in satisfaction and dignity.

We not only look after senior citizens, but also deal with all issues relating to the village, including the village infrastructure (energy and water supply, maintenance of the houses, renovations, gardens, sports facilities, leisure activities, external service providers such as doctors, physiotherapy, etc.).

During your training as a housekeeper (m/f/d) in Künzelsau, you will have the opportunity to get to know interesting departments such as the kitchen, restaurant service, laundry and room maintenance.

Training content

- Looking after and caring for residents, customers and guests
- Planning, controlling and optimising work processes, staff and material deployment as well as meals and cleaning
- Planning and controlling budgets and materials
- Preparing and serving meals
- Contributing creative ideas, e.g. Designing rooms and preparing food
- Preparing events, e.g. decorating tables and rooms and ensuring that everything runs smoothly

Requirements for training as a housekeeper (m/f/d)

- Recognised school-leaving certificate
- Organisational talent and a meticulous approach to work in order to efficiently and thoroughly master the wide range of tasks in housekeeping.
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills, as cooperation with other service areas and coordination with the people to be cared for are essential.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different requirements and situations that may arise in the everyday life of a housekeeper.
- Empathy and service orientation in order to be able to respond to the needs and wishes of the people being cared for and to create a pleasant atmosphere
