Winemaker (Rook, Sebastian Andre Winery Brühler Hof)

We are looking for a trainee (m/f/d) as a winemaker from August 2026!

We are a small, family-run winery in the small wine village of Volxheim, on the edge of Rheinhessen, which has been operating organically since 1990 and has been an ECOVIN member ever since. Our vineyards cover 10.5 hectares, of which 0.6 hectares are in the Nahe growing region.
Hand labour in the vineyard is very important to us. For quality reasons, for example, we harvest the grapes entirely by hand.

This is mainly a team effort. In addition to the family, two permanent employees, an apprentice and two young people doing a voluntary ecological year are part of the permanent Brühler Hof team. Waldorf students support us throughout the year as part of their agricultural internship.
In addition, interested "active holidaymakers" from all over the world visit us to get to know life and work on the Brühl farm as WWOOFers.

- patiently carrying out manual work on the vines
- doing all the work around the bottle storehouse
- learning cellar work
- helping out at events
- and also taking part in our wine delivery trips,

then we would be happy to be your reliable and cordial training company. Mutual appreciation is very important to us.
We will be happy to teach you all the work involved in the winemaking profession. You earn according to the pay scale. We offer you a room in our staff flat, including meals, for a fee.
