Gardener - gardening and landscaping (Rumpf Garten- und Landschaftsbau GmbH)

Rumpf Garten- und Landschaftsbau GmbH is a company steeped in tradition. The company was founded more than 25 years ago by Karsten and Ingo Rumpf. The company now employs 50 people. In addition to the creation and professional maintenance of gardens and parks, we build ponds or carry out measures in the area of path and car park construction. We are also a competent partner when it comes to the construction of sports fields or playgrounds, green roofs and large private gardens.

We are looking for young people who are interested in training as gardeners and landscapers (m/f/d) to start training on 1 August 2026.

Gardeners (m/f/d) specialising in gardening and landscaping generally design the landscape by professionally planting lawns, trees, shrubs, perennials and flowers. They create outdoor facilities of all kinds, from house gardens, terraces and parks to playgrounds and sports fields to traffic islands, and plant greenery along traffic routes and in pedestrian zones. They also pave paths and squares, build steps, dry stone walls, fences and noise barriers. They also green roofs and facades.

We expect you to have a secondary school leaving certificate, enjoy working outdoors and be physically resilient.

We are happy to offer you an internship and/or holiday job with us in advance.

Vocational school lessons take place at the vocational school in Wismar. The training period is 3 years.

Apprenticeship pay in the first year of training is approx. 1,100.00
