We are a family-run nursery at the foot of the beautiful northern Black Forest. Since 1987, we have been producing healthy and tasty food in harmony with people and nature according to the demanding methods of organic farming. Since 2016, we have turned to biodynamic cultivation. Various biodynamic preparations and compost tea are used in our nursery to improve the soil and plant health. Ferments are also used.

We grow delicious strawberries and blackberries, various types of lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, aubergines, courgettes, aromatic herbs, melons, fennel, Chinese cabbage, white cabbage, kohlrabi, celery, chard, spinach, Hokaido pumpkins, Asian vegetables and kale. Speciality crops such as Thai beans, sweet potatoes and yakon are also allowed to grow with us and bring a lot of fun to everyday gardening. We work with travelling tunnels on our land, which are constantly being rearranged, so that we can grow our crops in a protected environment and thus produce the highest quality, but also treat our soil as open-air soil again and again, which prevents the soil from being depleted as in normal greenhouse cultivation. For this reason, we use various types of foundation such as clover grass in both open field and protected cultivation in order to collect nitrogen and improve the soil structure.

The vocational school takes place in a block in Karlsruhe or Heidelberg.
