- gross salary
€1020.00 - €1,370.00 per month, depending on the year of training
plus holiday pay and capital-forming benefits. In addition, a performance bonus of €30 per month is paid if the final grade of all graded performance records is 2.5 or better.

Your tasks

- You will cultivate and propagate annual and perennial
plants, perennials and callunas outdoors and in modern greenhouses
- You will gain practical experience in the use and design of plants
- You will assess and use various soils, substrates and additives
- You will learn the responsible use of chemical, biotechnical and biological plant protection, biotechnical and biological plant protection measures
- you work in a team and with the help of modern technology

What you bring with you

- you have at least an intermediate school leaving certificate (FOR) or a very good / good secondary school leaving certificate

Training locations
>The practical training takes place in the 3 horticultural businesses of Tom & Bernd, Michael and Christian. All 3 farms are located in Straelen, Auwel-Holt within a radius of two kilometres.

The theoretical part takes place in weekly lessons at the horticultural vocational school in Straelen.

Over-the-counter training courses are currently held in Münster and Kempen.
