Your tasks:

- Leading and motivating the employees in your team
- You are responsible for ensuring quality standards in the garden area
- You support the preparation of payroll and record the working hours of your employees
- You are in constant dialogue with our customers and employees
- Maintenance of green spaces (e.g. mowing, lawn care)
- You are in constant contact with our customers and employees.E.g. mowing work, lawn care, foliage work)
- New plantings- Designing the outdoor facilities
- Use of machines (e.g. hedge trimmers, lawn mowers)

Your profile:

- Vocational training as a gardener (m/f/d) e.g. in gardening and landscaping or comparable qualifications are an advantage, but career changers with professional experience are also very welcome
- You like to take on responsibility and enjoy working with people
- Teamwork and resilience are among your strengths
- You work independently, autonomously and in a structured manner
- You have a driving licence, at least class B (company car provided)
- You have a good knowledge of German, at least language level B1
