We are looking for you for the towns of Bebra and Rotenburg as an everyday companion or domestic helper or career changer (m, f, d) in mobile work.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

- Flexible (family-friendly) working hours - whether as a working student, mini-job, part-time or full-time
- Services from Monday to Friday, no compulsory weekend work
- Wage: On a mini-job basis: €15/hour (monthly earnings limit €603, equivalent to 40 hours/month), wage in a permanent position subject to social insurance contributions: €17/hour.
- Reimbursement of travelling expenses: 0,30€/km
- Basic helper qualification is offered by us before starting work (online training)
- Supplementary company health insurance - health budget of 600€ per year (after probationary period)

YOUR ROLE

- Ensuring cleanliness and well-being - dusting, Vacuuming, floor mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning and changing bed linen
- Fresh clothes, whenever they are needed - washing and ironing
- Ensuring that everything you need is always in the house - shopping service
- Supporting the elderly and people in need of care - organising the day and bringing joy
- Healthy meals - meal and menu planning
- Making the day fun - support with hobbies
- Support with looking after pets - feeding, walking etc.

- Order, organisation and cleanliness
- People are your priority and your heart beats for helping on site
- First experience in the social sector, whether as a carer, home help or caregiver, you are welcome here! You can also make a fresh start with us as a housewife or househusband
- Ideally, you should speak German as well as Russian or Polish.
