About us
Our dairy farm focusses on modern, sustainable agriculture and a high level of animal comfort. The herd is milked with three Lely A4 milking robots, which ensures a calm, well-structured daily farm routine. Thanks to the robot-assisted milking process, we work a one-shift system with flexible working hours, which makes it possible to organise the working day in a particularly pleasant and predictable way. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and responsible herd management specialist.

Your tasks
In this central position, you will take comprehensive care of the health, performance and care of our herd. Your tasks include:

- Monitoring animal welfare and early detection of health changes
- Fertility management and planning of veterinary measures
- Analysis of Lely robot data
- Optimisation of milking procedures and animal management in collaboration with the farm management
- Support with feed planning and daily monitoring of feeding procedures
- Documentation of all relevant herd and animal data
- Assistance with routine barn work, especially around the milking robots
- Helping to organise efficient work processes in the entire barn area

Your profile
We are looking for a person who enjoys working with animals and acts responsibly. Ideally, you will have the following:

- Completed training in the agricultural sector or comparable qualification
- Experience in dairy farming or willingness to actively familiarise yourself
- Advantageous: Knowledge of handling milking robots (Lely)
- Structured, independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Willingness to work alternate weekends
- Interest in data-based herd management
