The focus is on field work with modern, versatile agricultural machinery, but manual labour is also required. The tasks include plant protection, fertilisation, sowing and harvesting. Careful maintenance of machinery is also part of the job, as well as yard work and all other operational activities. As a career changer, you will have the opportunity to learn all of this during an induction programme.

What you need:

- An interest in agriculture
- Preferably a completed apprenticeship in agriculture, but also as a career changer
- You understand technology and are skilful with your hands
- You think independently and know that the "work-life balance" in agriculture is different
