We are active in the areas of milking & cooling, service & hygiene and animal & barn technology in the Saxony region. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in a specific area in Saxony. You like being on the road and appreciate direct customer contact?

We are looking for you as a Service Technician (m/f/d) for the Saxony West area. The position will be assigned to our GEA Solution Centre in 09633 Niederschöna!

Your tasks

- Installation, repair and control service of milking, cooling and herd management systems
- Service field service at the customer's site, you always start from home directly to the customer in your assigned area
- Independent troubleshooting in semi-/fully automated milking systems as well as cooling and feeding systems
- Installation of barn equipment in animal production facilities
- Independent work in service and field service directly on site at our customers

Your profile

- Completed technical vocational training, for example as a mechatronics technician, Electronics technician/electrician, refrigeration plant engineer, agricultural machinery mechatronics technician or similar (m/f/d)
- Ideally additional qualifications in the field of pneumatics, hydraulics and/or electronics
- Driving licence class B is mandatory, ideally class BE or C available
- Willingness to travel for mainly regional daily assignments
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Flexibility, commitment and PC skills
- Career changers or career starters are very welcome
