Welcome to the Albert Schweitzer Vocational Training Centre Uslar!

We accompany people on their way to a successful professional future. With individual support, targeted training and comprehensive support, we help people of all ages to achieve their professional goals and (re)enter the labour market. With a lot of appreciation, respect and at eye level. We run our own kitchen, which caters for both participants and employees, and are still looking for energetic and friendly support.

Your tasks with us ...

- Vocational support: You will guide and support our young and adult participants in the kitchen
- Preparation and planning: You will be responsible for planning, purchasing and preparing lunches (Mon-Thu) for our vocational support centre. In doing so, you will ensure a balanced, varied diet, also with regard to sustainability
- Hygiene: You will ensure that all hygiene regulations are observed and implemented
- Budget responsibility: You will keep a close eye on income and expenditure
- Development discussions: You will be familiar with the participants' support needs and hold regular discussions with our participants about their progress and development
- Measures: You will be responsible for implementing the measures within the framework of the concept and service description
- Cooperation: You will work closely with the cafeteria team. Here you will agree when and which participants will help with the catering during breaks and prepare them. You are also prepared to cover for the other workshop areas if required

Your profile ...

- Qualifications: You have completed training as a cook, housekeeper (m/f/d) or have a similar qualification
- Ability to work in a team: You work closely with other employees and participate in our team meetings
- Encouragement and development: You can also motivate heterogeneous groups and promote personal development
- Interaction: For you, respectful, appreciative, positive interaction with people of all ages or backgrounds is a matter of course

- An attractive salary in accordance with the company collective agreement, based on the TVöD/TV-L (€3,182 - €4,221 for full-time employees) and an annual bonus. The actual classification depends on qualifications and experience
