Your tasks

- Organisation and management of the housekeeping team
- Cleaning and maintenance of the facility and grounds
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Creation of duty rosters and work instructions
- Management and guidance of the housekeeping team
- Preparation of reports and statistics
- Provision of training and further education for the team

Our requirements

- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in housekeeping
- In NRW, training as a cook or housekeeper or hotel manager
- Initial management experience is desirable
- Ability to work in a team
- Reliability
