Alraune Schulgastronomie operates school canteens at 22 locations in the districts of Wandsbek, Marienthal, Jenfeld, Steilshoop, Schnelsen, City Nord, Langenhorn, Rahlstedt, Hammerbrook, Eimsbüttel, Stellingen and Altona and provides around 5000 pupils with a tasty and varied menu every day.

In primary schools, our work focuses on balanced lunches, while in secondary schools we are also open all day with a wide range of kiosks and snacks.

We are now looking for trained and motivated professionals in the catering industry to work as kitchen managers in a regeneration kitchen.

Your area of responsibility:

- Compliance with and implementation of organic certification
- Monitoring of quantities and use of goods in food production
- Economical use of all equipment and aids as well as proper handling and treatment
- Motivation and support of subordinate employees to achieve the best possible work results
- Receiving and storing goods
- Carrying out cleaning activities and documentation according to the HACCP concept
- Taking inventory
- Communicating with children in the lunch situation at the buffet
- Maintaining contact / information with school management and all-day cooperation partners

What you bring with you:
