Who we are:

We are "Genial Grün" - Andreas W. Berchtold GmbH. An owner-managed gardening and landscaping company based in 86807 Buchloe. A total of around 40 people create and maintain green open spaces, valuable greenery and high-quality private gardens.

"Genial Grün" was founded in 2012 and has been growing continuously and steadily ever since. The work area extends from Munich / Augsburg / Memmingen and Kempten, with construction sites close to Buchloe being favoured.

Who are we looking for:

- Career changers with green fingers
- Career changers with professional experience
- Gardeners from other specialist areas (ornamental plant cultivation, tree nurseries, etc.).)
- Or trained landscape gardeners with a passion for greenery

Your tasks:

Quality and timely execution of all tasks on the green construction site

Planning, organisation and documentation of the construction process

Supervision of customer gardens together with our site managers

Creation and maintenance of high-quality plantings

Creation and maintenance of public greenery

Leading small groups on construction sites

Taking responsibility for occupational safety
