BS Reinigungs- & Haushaltshilfe is a growing company founded in 2024 in the field of household-related services, everyday support and care for people in need of care. We provide daily care to numerous customers in North Rhine-Westphalia to enable them to continue living in dignity within their own four walls and are systematically expanding our regional structures.

To manage our growth, we are looking for an assertive, structured manager as Area Manager / Team Leader (m/f/d).

Your profile:

- As an area manager, you will manage your own area of operation in a region.
- You will be responsible for customers, employees, working hours, quality and positive economic results.
- As an area manager, you will work with clear targets, key figures and attractive performance-related remuneration.

Your tasks

- Independently build up and support a fixed customer base in the assigned area
- Conduct initial meetings and structured needs assessment with new customers
- Plan, coordinate and manage the assignments of our domestic helpers
- Ensure reliable and high-quality service provision
- Organise substitutions in the event of absences or short-term changes
- Lead, Motivation and further development of your team on site
- Checking and ensuring proper documentation
- Professional processing of customer enquiries and complaints
- Close cooperation with the management to further develop the area of operation

The aim is to build up a stable, growing area of operation with satisfied customers and motivated employees.

The job includes telephone calls, operational planning, organisation, staff management, advertising, housekeeping, region development customer communication and problem solving management.

Fixed salary

- 17.00 € gross / hour

What you bring

- Experience in team management, scheduling, operational planning, customer service or operational coordination
- Strong organisational talent and structured way of working
- Assertiveness and professional appearance
- High level of personal responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Clear, respectful communication with customers and employees
- Confident use of smartphones, e-mail and digital tools
- Good written and spoken German
- Driving licence class B an advantage
- Willingness to build up an area of work independently, to build up and develop an area of operation independently
- Impeccable criminal record (requirement)
