**ASH-Sprungbrett e.V. **based in Bergheim, is a member of Paritätischer NRW and a recognised provider of child and youth welfare services as well as a labour market service provider. We have been working very successfully in the Rhein-Erft district for more than 30 years and offer measures and projects to promote and support children, young people and adults.

For a new measure at the Bergheim location, we are looking for a trainer/instructor (m/f/d) in the "GaLa-Bau" department with immediate effect or by arrangement with a job scope of 19.5 - 39 hours/week.

The project is aimed at hard-to-place jobseekers in SGBII. The target group is characterised by the fact that it usually has multiple obstacles in terms of both school and work. Through goal-oriented counselling, psychosocial support and basic training, we stabilise and activate the participants for the labour market.

Your tasks as an instructor/trainer (m/f) are:

- Teaching basic skills/knowledge in the field of landscaping
- Implementing project-related group offers in the field of landscaping
- Teaching manual working methods with new and old materials

An independent way of working and innovative strength are just as important as a high degree of tolerance, patience and creativity. You will impress with your above-average commitment, confident demeanour, good communication skills and healthy team spirit. Your profile is rounded off by good MS Office skills.

You have a recognised vocational or academic qualification with a trainer aptitude test (AEVO) or a qualification as a master craftsman/technician, preferably in gardening and landscaping. In addition, you have at least three years of professional experience with the target group. Alternatively, you have at least 2 years of professional experience with the target group with a qualification as a master craftsman, technician or business administrator. Socio-educational/educational skills are desirable.

We offer you a targeted induction programme, good training and further education opportunities (internally and with external partners) and a varied job in a motivated team. We remunerate according to the statutory regulations of the training and further education sector. As a family-friendly company, we pay a child allowance of €120 per month for children under the age of 18 for a full-time position.
