The company

Our company has been offering archaeological investigations (prospections, soundings, excavations) throughout Bavaria for 8 years. The focus is on the northern part of Bavaria. Our current focus is on railway line projects in the east of Bavaria.

Tasks and activities

Depending on qualifications, cutting and documenting features, surveying, accompanying topsoil removal, recovering finds, communicating with property developers and construction companies

Requirements

Fundamental knowledge of German or English

Willingness to work physically outdoors under construction site conditions

Ability to work in a team as well as guided independent work

Interest in history and archaeology

Optional: Driving licence and own vehicle or use of company vehicles/carpooling
