Castle Rothenfels is a large educational institution with a youth hostel, conference centre and a team of 45 employees who stick together. We work on a non-profit basis - we invest in people, education and the preservation of our 12th century castle.

Tasks as part of the management team: Do you love good food and have an eye for quality? In your role, you will ensure that fresh ingredients are carefully processed and assist with menu planning. In addition, you will take on tasks such as preparing dishes according to recipes, instructing assistants and cooks, serving food and supervising the buffet.

You combine enjoyment at work with a strong customer and service orientation and thus contribute to a positive experience for our guests and colleagues.

We are open all year round, but there is a little more work during the season. There is no work over Christmas.
