Rothenfels Castle is more than just a historical site. It is one of the largest and oldest youth hostels in Lower Franconia, a conference centre and educational institution and, with over 850 years of history, offers a special place for encounters, education and spirituality.

Every day, our employees ensure that our guests from all over Germany and beyond feel at home in the unique castle atmosphere. We work on a non-profit basis and every contribution goes towards people, education and the preservation of our historical heritage.

We are looking for a reliable and friendly person for our housekeeping department for approx. 20-25 hours per week (time frame between 7:00 - 20:00)
After consultation, the areas can also be fixed.

Your tasks:

The following tasks are involved in cleaning:

- Cleaning the guest rooms and sanitary facilities
- Making up the conference centre beds and preparing the rooms
- Keeping the public areas (corridors, conference rooms) and our offices clean

The following tasks are involved in the kitchen:

- Assisting with food preparation (complete preparation and partial responsibility also possible depending on qualifications)
- Preparing and setting the buffet
- Clearing and washing up after meals
- Cleaning the dining rooms and buffets
