We, the Ausweg-Betreutes Wohnen team, offer services within the framework of integration assistance in accordance with §§ 78 and 113 SGB IX, as well as educational assistance for young adults in accordance with § 41 SGB VIII and §41 SGB VIII in conjunction with § 35a SGB VIII. § The aim is to break the vicious circle of illness, loneliness and hopelessness, to improve the life situation of affected people and to make it easier for them to participate in life in the community.

We currently have a full-time position (40 and/or 30 hours/week) for the "Rhein-Erft-Kreis" location.

You bring:

- Interest in working with people with addictions and/or mental illness.
- Previous experience in the social sector is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Creativity and a structured way of working
- Enjoy working with people
- Knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Class B driving licence (with own car)
