We are looking for a motivated individual who can pull the strings between our office and the construction sites as a site manager / work planner (m/f/d).

Your day-to-day work with us: Between planning and practice

In this role, you are a central interface in our company. You ensure that our projects run smoothly and that everyone knows what needs to be done:

- Thinking ahead: You take on work preparation, coordinate scheduling and resource planning and liaise closely with our teams.
- Organising: You are responsible for material logistics so that stones, plants and machines arrive where they are needed on time.
- Liaising: As a coordinator between the office, on-site team and construction management, you maintain an overview and also provide support with preparing quotations, documentation and invoicing.
- Advising: You maintain direct contact with our customers and also carry out site inspections from time to time.

What you bring

You have a strong foundation, for example through training as a master craftsman or technician in landscaping, a degree in landscape architecture or civil engineering or a comparable qualification, such as some work experience in gardening and landscaping.

Much more important to us, however, is your attitude:

- You are passionate about garden and open space design and have an eye for real quality.
- Clear communication and a friendly demeanour - even when things get stressful - are a matter of course for you.
- You think in a solution-oriented way, act reliably and have a real hands-on mentality.
- Thanks to your computer affinity, you can quickly familiarise yourself with new programmes and enjoy helping to shape processes digitally.
