We are looking for:

Trainers in gardening and landscaping (m/f/d)

Main tasks:

- Teaching the training content to the target group in accordance with the training regulations or recommendation
- Creating training programmes for the target group in accordance with the training regulations or recommendation

- Training the trainees in gardening and landscaping (m/f/d). -recommendation
- Creation and implementation of a monthly training plan based on the factual and temporal structure of the training occupation
- Supporting the trainees in keeping their training records
- Planning and implementation of projects taking into account target group-specific methods
- Carrying out and supporting exam preparation
- Ensuring compliance with working hours and break times
- Observing and communicating accident prevention and environmental regulations
- Monitoring compliance with house rules and fire safety regulations

Qualifications and requirements:

- Completed vocational training in horticulture as well as master craftsman, technician or business administrator or
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Degree in landscape architecture / landscaping
- - Proof of instructor aptitude (AEVO) or willingness to acquire this in a timely manner, to acquire this in the near future
- Proof of additional qualification in rehabilitation education (ReZA) or willingness to acquire this
- Empathy and a high level of motivation and willingness to perform
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Independent and responsible way of working

What you will do with us:

You are responsible for the organisation and implementation of the training phases and teach basic theoretical and practical skills in the professional field of business and administration.

This occupational field includes professions such as specialist practitioners in horticulture/gardening and gardeners, whereby you will work closely with the other colleagues involved.
You will experience intensive cooperation with the entire team in order to prepare the young people for successful, targeted placement in the labour market.
You will promote personal development and help our young people transition into adult roles and support the trainees and qualification participants in preparing for their exams.
