We are looking for a committed **Trainer (m/f/d) for gardening and landscaping **Full-time (40 hours/week) permanent position as soon as possible.

Your main tasks

- You will design the training and further education as an experience, teach specialist training content and pass on your wealth of experience and expertise in a practice-oriented manner.
- At our company, you will take responsibility for training courses and keep an eye on learning progress - including during internships.
- By helping to prepare and conduct (final) examinations, you will help to ensure that the best possible results are achieved in your training courses.
- In addition, you will support us in the optimisation of training and further education processes and in the further development of our product portfolio.

Your qualification profile

- You have completed training as a master craftsman, alternatively a bachelor's degree in horticulture and landscaping and an additional pedagogical qualification (e.g. aptitude according to AEVO). B aptitude according to AEVO) or comparable qualifications.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in adult education.
- For a job in the prison system, you have experience in working with prisoners and can fully comply with mandatory security requirements.
- There are no entries in your certificate of good conduct in accordance with Section 30 of the Federal Central Criminal Register Act (BZRG).
- You are experienced in using digital work tools and media.
- You will impress with your enjoyment of imparting knowledge and your intention to support and develop people.
- As a person, you are characterised by your confident manner, interest in dealing with a wide variety of people, your independent and self-reliant way of working as well as your communication skills and ability to work in a team.
