a lecturer

Your tasks

- Methodical/didactic preparation and teaching of learning content for heterogeneous learning groups
- Implementation of teaching units
- Reduction of placement barriers and job application training
- Teaching of everyday life and key skills

Your qualifications

- Completed training (e.g. in a vocational training programme).B. also potter, seamstress, tailor, carpenter:in) or university degree
- Proof of pedagogical aptitude, ideally trainer aptitude test (AEVO)
- Practical and teaching experience desirable
- Ability to professionally support and motivate people in difficult life situations and to develop feasible solutions
- A basic understanding of IT rounds off your profile
