To support and accompany our participants, we are looking for a

trainer (f/m) for catering and housekeeping

in part-time or full-time for our Neubrandenburg and **Neustrelitz locations as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

- Training of participants in the field of kitchen/HOA/restaurant service/housekeeping in initial training and vocational preparation
- Focus is the teaching of technical and theoretical qualifications on the basis of the specified training regulations
- Planning of learning processes according to competence-building, vocational pedagogical methods
- Coordination of training sections, Learning objectives and teaching methods with regard to the interlinking of practical and theoretical components
- Recognising and compensating for individual deficits (internally differentiated work in heterogeneous groups)
- Promoting the participants' key qualifications and specialist skills
- Participant documentation

Your profile:

- You have a vocational or academic qualification and at least one year's experience in guiding or familiarising participants in the field of education. Alternatively, one year's experience is not required if you have a qualification as a master craftsman or technician with a trainer aptitude test or a business administrator with a trainer aptitude test.
- You are resilient, flexible and have negotiating skills.
- Personal responsibility, social commitment and independent and team-oriented work are among your strengths.
- A confident and friendly manner is just as important to us as enthusiasm in dealing with people.
