To support and accompany our participants, we are looking for a

Trainer (m/f/d) - Professions with plants (from the professional field of agriculture, nature, environment)

in part-time or on a salaried or fee basis for our Demmin**** location at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks

-        The focus is on the target group-specific teaching of technical and theoretical qualifications
-        Planning of learning processes according to competence-building, vocational education methods
-       
-   Coordination of educational stages, learning objectives and teaching methods with regard to the interlinking of practical and theoretical components
-        Recognising and compensating for individual deficits (internally differentiated work in heterogeneous groups)
-       Promotion of key qualifications and professional competence
-        Creation of action & learning situations
-        Establishing and maintaining contacts with network partners (employers, vocational schools)
-         Recognising the specific qualification needs of a company/occupation and implementing these in the individual learning process
-        Creating, evaluating and further developing individual support planning and documenting the progress achieved

Your profile:

-         Professionally qualified and experienced in vocational preparation / support for disadvantaged people or training of participants and young people. Training of participants and young people with disabilities
-        personal and professional aptitude in accordance with §§ 28 ff BBiG / §§ 22 ff HandwO (proof of trainer aptitude in accordance with AEVO / Ada certificate)
-         At least one year's experience in instructing or training trainees or apprentices. Familiarisation of trainees or young people in the professional field
-         Alternatively, a qualification as a master craftswoman or technician and business administrator with a trainer aptitude test
-        Expertise in the organisation and execution of vocational training processes
-        Independence and a sense of responsibility as well as the ability to work in a team
-        Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
-        Creating a positive learning and working environment as well as leading and moderating groups
-         Counselling and supporting, assessing
-         Have conflict management skills
