These are your tasks:

- As part of a team but also able to work efficiently on your own responsibility. For whom the customer always comes first and is welcomed with a service-orientated attitude. Everything we do, we do for our customers!
- Bringing your colleagues up to speed on the latest trends in houseplants
- Keeping an overview of the plant displays in your department and maintaining, caring for and keeping them clean on a daily basis. This involves keeping an eye on daily tasks, setting priorities and helping out yourself. Despite the hustle and bustle of the day, the shop appearance, the presentations and the plant tables are always at a good level, with fixed routines playing an important role.
- Ensuring the quality of the plants and being able to inspire and delight customers with presentations together with his colleagues. The Green Specialist Houseplant is the first point of contact when it comes to specific questions from customers and further advice is required
- With his high level of expertise in houseplants, the Green Specialist is happy to help customers or colleagues with questions

What you bring to the table:

- You have relevant experience as a gardener, have completed horticultural training as a gardener/master gardener and are enthusiastic about your work
- You are a representative person and a real trendsetter. You naturally enjoy selling and presenting plants. Customers perceive you as a real expert when it comes to seasonal plants
- You are able to integrate yourself as part of a team and enjoy selling and advising
- You work with attention to detail. The presentations of plants in your area are well thought out and have a clear structure
- You like to work on your own initiative. You take things into your own hands, work them out independently and implement them after consultation with the team leader
- You think and act in a solution-orientated way and are open to new ideas and changes! You love to organise and work in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
