In our garden and landscape maintenance department, people with disabilities and mental illnesses work together on varied projects in the countryside, from maintenance and planting to tree care, weed control and the use of machines.

We are looking for a motivated person (m/f/d) to instruct, support and accompany our employees in all tasks. You will explain work steps, give practical tips and ensure safety when using machines. Experience in landscape maintenance or working with people with support needs is an advantage. Empathy, enjoyment of guiding people and an independent and structured way of working are important.

The assignments take place from our Seewald-Göttelfingen site in the Freudenstadt district and in the Altensteig and Nagold area.

What can you expect?

- You will accompany and support people with disabilities and mental illnesses in varied activities in landscape maintenance
- You will ensure the professional care and maintenance of green spaces - from large-scale lawn mowing work, hedge trimming and tree care to weed and woody plant care
- You will be responsible for planting and maintaining graves and thus contribute to a well-kept appearance
- You will work with modern machines and equipment such as lawn and ride-on mowers as well as chainsaws and hedge trimmers
- You will drive vans with tandem trailers (over 3,8 tonnes) and occasionally carry out tractor work
- You document your work reliably with reports, delivery notes and invoices

What we are looking for:

- You have experience in garden and landscape maintenance
- You are physically resilient and enjoy working outdoors - regardless of weather conditions
- You have experience in accompanying people with support needs or are interested in this activity
- You are characterised by empathy, reliability, the ability to work in a team and an independent and structured way of working
- You have a class B/BE driving licence; ideally you also have a C1/C1E
- You have organisational skills and a high sense of responsibility
- You are always friendly and professional in your dealings with customers
