To support our team, we are looking for a

Garden and Landscaping Worker (m/f/d)

full-time, permanent position with immediate effect.

TASKS:

- Garden and water maintenance, as well as path maintenance, in particular lawn mowing and fertilising, cutting
of hedges and bushes, weed control, watering during dry periods, New and
replanting
- supervision of work in the residential complex by third parties
- minor repair and improvement work on communal property as instructed by BTT
- putting out the rubbish and paper bins and putting them back after emptying
- when moving house, care must be taken to check for any existing damage, so that the person responsible can be identified in the event of
any additional damage
- monitoring the functionality of the lighting systems belonging to the common property and other technical equipment such as lifts, pumps, gates, etc. and informs the property management or the responsible service companies of any malfunctions.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience or interest in horticulture/landscaping (professional training can take place in the company)
- Professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work
- Car driving licence mandatory
