**Your tasks **Cleaning & building services

- Maintenance cleaning of offices, sanitary facilities, common areas and other premises
- Vacuuming, Wiping and surface cleaning
- Glass and window cleaning
- Building cleaning according to plan
- Implementation and documentation of cleaning work
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Support with special cleaning

- Green area maintenance

- Lawn mowing
- Hedge trimming
- Maintenance of outdoor facilities
- General garden and maintenance work

Janitorial work

- General janitorial work
- Small repairs and maintenance work
- Inspection of properties and technical facilities
- Winter service (snow clearing and gritting)

Your profile

- Experience in the field of building cleaning, Caretaker service or garden maintenance an advantage
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Reliability, diligence and motivation
- Flexibility with regard to working hours
- Good physical resilience
- Friendly manner and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German language skills
- Driving licence class B mandatory, as the properties are regularly travelled to

Working hours

- Full-time or part-time possible
- 5 days per week Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours by arrangement
